Terrasol Condo 235 is our largest condo. With three bedrooms, you can have the space you need for your friends and family. Enjoy the spectacular ocean view from this premium location that is at the ocean edge (closest you can be to the ocean).

3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area provide plenty of space and privacy for your family and friends.

Terrasol has 3 pools. One swim-up Palapa bar pool, the fountain wading pool, and an Infinity pool.

Very fast fiber internet with WiFi and streaming TV is included.

All new top to bottom renovation with stainless appliances, exotic granite tops, and tiled floor. Includes pots, pans, dinnerware, spices and (of course) a blender for the evening fun and coffee maker for the morning.

The master suite includes king size bed plus a sitting area and desk with a panoramic view. The second bedroom suite has a king sized bed and sliding door the balcony with its own view of the ocean. The third bedroom has a queen sized trundle bed. Plenty of closet space and each nightstand has a USB charging station for your mobile devices. Washer/Dryer also included.

Jana and Walk work hard to have the condo clean and ready for you. There is a washer and dryer (with plenty of detergent), paper towels, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, bath towels, extra sheets and pillows, 2 safes to secure your documents, and much more. We try to think of everything you could possibly need. Just bring your toothbrush and swimming suit!

This condo is located as close as you can get to the ocean front. Relax at our patio and watch the whales, boats and other sea life. You have a panoramic view and can watch the sunrise and sunset. The ocean waves are huge and spectacular from this penthouse premium view.

Terrasol is known as the best location to stay at Cabo. You are close to the beach and view of the ocean, plus a 5 to 10 minute walk takes you to the shops, restaurants and marina for all the fun activities.

“First, let me tell you about the condo. The location is right in front of the ocean with beautiful sunset. The condo has everything you need. All the kitchen utensils, towels, pool toys, a huge TV, anything you can think of necessary, it’s there. The bathrooms are all clean with cool lighting, each room has AC. Downtown is very close, we could walk to the restaurants and stores. Also, the owner Walt is very responsive, thoughtful (the condo will show you how thoughtful he is), meticulous person. The information he gave us before the trip was very helpful. It was a loooooooooong email, but if you carefully read it, it has all the tips at the airport, year round weather info, taxi/uber info…. If you wanna know something, it will be in his email or the folder he has at the condo. Thanks for Walt, We had a great time in Cabo, and we will definitely come back!!!”
